Using both barre and open floor formats, little dancers will learn ballet basics like plie, releve, tendu, and the five foot and arm positions. Out on the dance floor, children will learn sautes, leaps and pirouettes, and finish off with stretching. These group classes help hone balance, gross motor skills, proprioception, as well as challenge your child intellectually with concentration, movement mimicking and instruction following.

2-4 years
This class will help channel your child's energy, improve strength and body awareness. Children will learn the fundamentals of strength and flexibility as well as fine-tuning their coordination and balance. The class will include floor activities, obstacle courses, and the basics of tumbling.
Saturdays 11a
2-5 years
This invigorating early childhood yoga class is sure to stimulate children's bodies and minds. Our certified yoga instructors will lead Balancers in an exploration of poses, sun salutations, breathing exercises, stretching and relaxation techniques. Yoga is a great way to enhance body awareness, focus and concentration, while simultaneously building strength, flexibility and coordination. Colorful yoga mats are provided.

Help us welcome Here We Grow weekly on Tuesdays at 9:30am for their Family Music Circle time! Kids are exposed to group singing, playing instruments, parachute time and other activities! 15 minutes of free play at the end of class in included!

Students learn the basic concepts of playing the piano, including hand positions, learning the keys, the musical alphabet and of course, beginning to read music in these group classes! See more on our Group Piano page!
