We will build our skills to prepare for a small presentation of scenes and monologues to show off at the end of the semester!
Ages 8-11
Created by TSB owner and former Broadway pianist, Don Jones, this class immerses kids into musical theatre in more depth than Broadway Kids. We spend two weeks on each song/dance from different musicals. By the end of the semester, the students are ready to perform a Broadway-worthy 20 minute showcase! The class is taught by Don and Christie, who teaches choreography. We move fast but we make sure everyone has the chance to do their best!
In musical theatre, being a triple threat means there is no part of the show you cannot perform well.
This class is a course of study in singing, dancing and acting and is designed for students wanting to level up their theatre skills. Join former Broadway pianist and TSB owner, Don as he brings in industry professionals to help teach this unique course!
New for the spring of 2025, Pop Starz class will feature new songs and dances each month with the option for students to also learn a solo. Kids can choose to add background vocals and work with our professional instructors to make their music come to life! The semester will end with a showcase for parents where kids can get glammed up and then sing with a live band on the last day of class!
For students ages 9-13 with prior musical theatre experience, this class offers a deeper dive into the craft. Participants will refine their audition technique, expand their repertoire, explore acting methods, and strengthen their musical theatre dance vocabulary—all in a professional, fast-paced environment. Taught by seasoned Atlanta theatre professionals, this class is designed to challenge and elevate serious young performers as they grow in confidence, skill, and stage presence.
This spring, our students take center stage in two exciting productions: Frozen KIDS (ages 5–8) and Mean Girls JR (ages 9–16)! From learning choreography and music to developing stage presence and confidence, every performer will experience the joy of storytelling through song and dance. Whether they’re stepping on stage for the first time or building on past experience, this season promises fun, friendship, and unforgettable memories.
