Soar to new heights and achievements with our beginner mixed aerial class! Learn the foundational skills of flight and explore different apparatuses. Students will focus on strength and flexibility in the most commonly used muscles and progress to learn beautiful sequences and poses in the air! Classes capped at just five students!
Our Jiu Jitsu classes teach kids the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and fun environment. Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that emphasizes technique over strength, making it an ideal martial art for kids of all sizes and abilities. Emphasis on confidence-building, concentration and fun!
